We love looking back through the archives of BDL. There were 5 logos developed through each decade, with each distinctly reflecting the style of the times. From the early hand drawn 1973 version, we get to time travel through the fonts..
Since those early hand-drawn attempts, for the last 20 years at least our image has been firmly in the incredibly talented hands of Megan Huston who runs her Graphic Design business in Christchurch, Verso Design. Although she managed to escape working directly in the family firm – you can never really escape! We love working with her and are always thrilled with her simple, effective designs. Whether its business cards, vehicle sign-writing or email signatures – we always get a super quick & reliable turn around……
